SIDI Garment Co., Ltd. has two large production bases. The Zhongshan SIDI Tanzhou headquarters covers an area of approximately 30,000 square meters and the Sanxiang branch covers about 10,000 square meters, the company currently has over one thousand employees and the annual total output value reaches over four hundred million yuan. The Hunan Changde SIDI production base covers an area of over 18,000 square meters with over three hundred employees, the annual total output value for over one hundred million yuan. The company has the most advanced production equipment, including 30 sets of Japanese(Shima Seiki) fully automatic seamless machines (15G-18G), 30 sets of Japanese (Shima Seiki) automatic reverse-plaiting machines (16G) , and over 100 sets of German Stoll computerized horizontal machines (3G-18G), and over 500 sets of domestic Cixing computerized computerized horizontal machines. In total, there are over 700 units of computerized horizontal machines, 150 set jacquard machines, 600 set sewing machines and supporting machines, 100 set ironing stations, five set large reverse yarn waxing machines, 40 set large drying machines and 25 set washing machines. The company has a total of 16 complete finishing lines, forming a production system that combines scale and intelligence.
